Warranty Policy

Coverage

All LUOTWO and MAYCALL radios carry a 12-month warranty from the Bill of Lading date. Batteries and accessories are covered for 6 months. Selected commercial models carry a 24-month warranty when stated on the quotation.

What we do

Defective units are repaired free of charge or replaced in your next shipment. Parts and guidance for field repair are supplied with photos or video of the fault. Warranty support answers at the factory — the people who built the radio, not a call center.

What is not covered

• Damage beyond the product’s stated IP rating (for example, water ingress in a non-waterproof model).
• Unauthorized repair or disassembly, reversed batteries, or non-approved chargers.
• Normal wear items: antennas, clips, belts and cables after the 6-month accessory window.

RMA process

Send the order number, model, quantity and a short fault description (photos or video help) to [email protected]. We confirm the RMA and the solution — replacement, parts or repair — within two business days.
