Frequently Asked Questions

Answers first, forms second. Eight groups cover ordering, samples, compliance, OEM, and technical — the questions our engineers hear most from B2B buyers.

F1 · Ordering & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the model. Many consumer and mid-range models start at 1 set so you can evaluate a sample fleet first; wholesale price tiers typically begin at 20-50 units. Every product page lists its own tier table and MOQ.

Can I mix different models in one shipment?

Yes – mixed fleets are welcome. We consolidate LUOTWO, MAYCALL and multi-brand accessories in one shipment so you can fill a container or a small parcel with exactly what your team needs.

How do I get a formal quotation?

Send your model list and quantity through the Request a Quote form or WhatsApp. Quotations are valid for 30 days and are answered within 12 business hours.

F2 · Samples

Can I order samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders ship by express in 3-5 days so you can test range, audio and battery life in your real environment before committing to volume.

How much do samples cost?

Sample pricing follows the same tier table as volume orders and depends on the model and configuration. Tell us the models you want to test and we will quote the sample set.

Which models should I test first?

For PoC 4G we recommend the G3210; for licensed DMR fleets start with an XPR/DP-class handheld; for license-free markets start with a PMR446/GMRS model. Our sales engineers can suggest a test set for your frequency plan.

F3 · Pricing & Payment

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% balance before shipment; the default Incoterm is FOB. Small sample orders are paid in full by T/T.

Do you offer tiered wholesale pricing?

Yes – every product page shows price tiers (for example 1+/20+/50+ sets). Volume breaks deepen as quantity grows; mixed-model orders are priced line by line.

Are prices on the site final?

Listed prices are reference wholesale prices in USD. Small parcel orders add a flat shipping fee at checkout ($15 first item, +$5 each additional). Bulk quotations confirm the final unit price, freight and lead time for your quantity and destination.

F4 · Lead Time & Shipping

How fast do you ship?

In-stock items ship within 7 days of payment. Production orders run 25-35 days from deposit and artwork approval. Samples ship by express in 3-5 days.

Which shipping methods are available?

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small lots; air and sea freight (FOB, CIF on request) for volume orders. We consolidate mixed fleets into one shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes – we supply buyers across 48 countries. Tell us your destination port or address and the quotation will include the best routing.

F5 · Certification & Compliance

What certifications do your radios carry?

Our product lines are certified to CE, FCC, RoHS and EAC requirements depending on the model and destination market. Documentation is available on request – see the Quality page.

Can you provide test reports for customs or type approval?

Yes. CE/FCC test reports and certificates for the relevant models can be shared during the quotation process; tell us your market so we send the right documents.

Which radio works without a license in my country?

PMR446 covers most of Europe, GMRS/FRS in the US, and each market has its own license-free bands. Tell us your country and we will recommend compliant models.

F6 · OEM / ODM

Do you offer OEM/ODM?

Yes – from logo and packaging to custom housing and firmware. Our own LUOTWO PoC 4G lines are designed and built in-house, so OEM programs run on the same production lines.

What is the OEM lead time?

Production runs 25-35 days from deposit and artwork approval. New tooling or custom firmware adds engineering time – the quotation states the exact schedule.

Can you customize frequencies and packaging?

Yes. Frequency programming, channel plans, private branding, manuals and packaging are all configurable. Send your brand assets with the RFQ.

F7 · Warranty & After-Sales

What warranty do you provide?

All LUOTWO and MAYCALL radios carry a 12-month warranty from the Bill of Lading date; batteries and accessories are covered for 6 months.

How are warranty claims handled?

Report the issue with your order number and photos or video. Confirmed defects are replaced or repaired in the next shipment or by spare-parts dispatch – see the Warranty page for the full process.

Do you supply spare parts after purchase?

Yes – batteries, chargers, antennas, earpieces and housings remain available for our lines, and firmware support is ongoing for LUOTWO PoC models.

F8 · Technical

What is the real talk range of a two-way radio?

Range depends on terrain, power and band: 0.5-3 km urban for analog UHF handhelds, much longer line-of-sight, and effectively unlimited range for PoC 4G models that ride LTE networks.

What is the difference between DMR and PoC?

DMR (Tier II) is a licensed digital protocol working over your own repeaters and frequencies – best for controlled sites. PoC uses 4G LTE and a SIM – national coverage with no license required.

How do I choose the right band and power?

Match the band to your country regulations (VHF for open rural, UHF for urban and indoor) and power to your range needs. Send your operating environment to our engineers and we will specify the model.
