Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in USD. Default Incoterm is FOB a Chinese port; CIF, CFR and DDP are quoted on request.

Payment

Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T with the order, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is available for established accounts. Production starts on receipt of the deposit.

MOQ, lead time and title

• MOQ is stated per product on its page or quotation.
• In-stock items ship within 7 days; production orders run 25–35 days from deposit and artwork approval.
• Title passes on receipt of full payment. Goods travel at the buyer’s risk under the agreed Incoterm.

Inspection and acceptance

Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-process QC, 100% functional testing and a final outgoing audit. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV or your inspector) is welcome before shipment. Raise any claim within 7 days of arrival at destination with photos and the order number.

Governing law

Disputes are settled first by friendly negotiation; failing that, by arbitration under the rules of CIETAC in China. These terms are the default for orders without a signed contract; a signed contract overrides them.
