Shipping Policy

Small parcel orders: a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout — $15 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. Bulk and production orders ship under the agreed Incoterm (FOB by default) with freight arranged against the proforma invoice.

Lead times

In-stock items ship within 7 days of payment. Production orders run 25–35 days from deposit and artwork approval. Sample orders ship by express in 3–5 days.

Shipping terms

• Samples and small orders: DHL, FedEx or UPS, freight collected or prepaid.
• Bulk orders: FOB a Chinese port by sea; CIF and DDP quoted on request.
• Radios, batteries and accessories consolidate into one shipment — one packing list, one set of documents.

Documents

Every shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list and B/L. CE and FCC documentation for your market and certificates of origin are available on request — tell us at the order stage and the paperwork travels with the goods.
